Before any coaching starts, we will go through an initial consult with you to assess your goals and obtain some quantitative data.

- Analysis of Training History
- Nutrition Programming
- Nutritional Advice
From there we can make an informed decision about your programming and nutrition.
Prices vary depending on how many times a week you train.
