The biggest focus of Avia Performance is to bridge off the gap between the therapist and the coach.
One of the biggest focuses of our gym is to bridge the gap between the therapist and the coach. Lead by Luke Troiani, our therapists don’t just have a sound understanding of the human body but also understand how it applies to the physical demands of lifting weights and competitive strength sports. They also work closely with general population clientele in order to help their daily activities of living.
Our goal is to get you back up to full health in a timely fashion so you can get back to your fitness modality. We normally work with our coaches here to lay out a rehabilitation program so that you can preserve your physical health for as long as possible.
Avia Performance can accomodate private health insurance through our intergrated HiCAPS system. It is available for most clients that have an active private health insurance. If you are still unsure, feel free to ask us.
Using various soft tissue and mobilisation techniques, we treat both the muscular and the skeletal systems. Musculoskeletal Therapy is a hands-on approach that involves in-clinic treatment coupled with a structured rehab program that can be done in our facility or modified for you to complete at home.
Our physiotherapists are experienced with working with sport and chronic pain injuries. We work holistically with our clients to achieve the most optimal outcome. We work with all ages and fitness levels.
We use our hands to assist in mobilising joints and tissue, as well as providing structured strengthen programs to get you back to your optimum health.
Acupuncture works with your central nervous system through stimulation of key points relevant to the clients needs. This therapy can be used in conjunction with our other therapies and is not limited to injuries or chronic pain. We can assist in alleviating muscular pain, hay fever symptoms, fertility, and nausea, to name a few.
