Our gym near Preston offers three main programmes starting at only $20 per week. We also provide a personalised online training programme if you are unable to visit our gym near Preston. This programme is not one-size-fits-all; we customise each online training programme to meet the goals and objectives of our clients.
Our gym near Preston, which is run by Co-Director Vinay Srinivasan, has a team of professional personal trainers on hand seven days a week.
Our personal trainers are available to work with you every day from early morning to late afternoon and evening, and our staffed hours are for your convenience.
Because we take a comprehensive approach to fitness, our personal training routines are tailored to the individual and include nutrition.
Recognizing that gym members typically require the services of a physical therapist at some point in their lives due to accident, strain, or a pre-existing condition, our founders decided to team up to bridge the gap.
Our clinical treatment will be overseen by Luke Troiani. Working together with his Co-Director Vinay Srinivasan, they’ve been able to safeguard their clients’ physical welfare.
We believe that offering clinical therapy on-site in our gym near Preston sets us apart from the competitors and promotes the health of our clientele.

Competitve Weight Training
We take pleasure in our competitive weightlifting expertise. We’ve hosted a lot of competitive weight lifting events at our gym near Preston. We hosted the most recent one in March 2021. The results can be found here.
