James’ journey into health and fitness began when he very first entered a gym, way back in 2013.

After transforming his own life, he discovered a passion to help others do the same and never looked back.

He sought to broaden his understanding of coaching by completing mentorships and working in some of Melbourne’s premium evidence based facilities. He has subsequently coached hundreds of different clients, specialising in strength and body composition.

James’ goal for his clients is to simplify training and nutrition. He strives to educate them so that they have the necessary tools to achieve long term success.

For his own training, James now concentrates on powerlifting and hopes to find success on the national level..
